I’m a change manager. I help teams make new technology part of daily work.
Since 2021, I’ve helped teams get ready for new ways of working, across public sector, banking, telecom, automotive and life sciences.
I’ve worked with clients across countries, shaping change strategies and bringing the right people along.
What I love most is the moment people stop asking how a tool works and start asking what else they can do with it.
Every team starts from a different place, so I join yours wherever it stands: before launch, during rollout, when adoption needs a second push.
